1. Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with tags

  • Not a part of discounted, sale, or final clearance

2. How to Request a Return

  • Go to your account dashboard and select the order.

  • Choose the item and reason for return.

  • Our team will approve and initiate a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after quality check.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or wallet.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges on eligible products.

  • If the desired size is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
