BOYS LACROSSE

In the Merrimack Valley Conference, Cal Schoenfeld scored four times as Central Catholic topped Methuen 11-3.

Ben Tondorf (four goals, one assist), Mario LaRosa (three goals, three assists) and James Hoey (three goals) led the offensive attack as South Shore Tech (13-1) defeated Mayflower Athletic Conference opponent Upper Cape 12-7.

In the Northeastern Conference, Chase Russo collected four goals and two assists while Emerson Joy netted a hat trick as Swampscott tripled up Winthrop 15-5. … Colin Driscoll (two goals, three assists) and Andrew Kelly (three goals) led Masconomet to a 9-8 victory over Peabody in overtime.

In a Dual County League showdown, Alex Fivek (five goals, assist) and Cam Ladd (three goals, assist) propelled things offensively as Concord-Carlisle defeated Westford Academy, 12-6.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Bella Duffy scored four goals as Braintree defeated Brookline 9-5 in the Bay State Conference.

Victoria Pierro scored four goals and added two assists, while Quinn Kelleher added three goals and two assists as Swampscott (10-3) blanked Gloucester 16-0 in the Northeastern Conference.

In the Commonwealth Athletic Conference, Addison Carbone finished with four goals and an assist to lead Great Lowell (8-2) to a 9-3 victory over Northeast.

Avery Valiceni had a hat trick as Archbishop Williams edged Bishop Fenwick 7-6 in Catholic Central League action.

VOLLEYBALL

Liam Quinn and Ridty Tauch each tallied 15 kills, powering Chelmsford past Lincoln-Sudbury 3-0 in nonleague action.

Nadav Vachtel’s 10 kills came while hitting .625 on the right side as Lexington (13-1) extended its win streak to 13 with a 3-0 Middlesex League win over Arlington.
