Solid Medicine Ball!

GREAT Product – perfect for home gym versatility
Most of all – I felt bad for the UPS guy who dropped this off. I recently purchased the 75 lb slam ball. The thing weighs, well, 75 lbs. It’s heavy. And as hard as it is to carry on its own, it was even harder in a box. But that’s irrelevant to the product itself, which is great. I am used to HIIT workouts with heavy weights, so I purchased one ball with the hopes of using it for squats, overhead presses, cleans, etc. It has been a GREAT purchase. The ball is clearly strong with great tread for gripping. I often drop it from overhead when doing presses and toss it over my shoulder, and the ball still looks brand new. The weighting is consistent and really allows for some great workouts. I paired with the BalanceFrom foam mats, which may not be necessary but do absorb some of the pounding when the ball gets dropped.

Best 30 pound slam ball that you’ve ever dropped on your face
Out of the box I knew something was different about this ball and only it wasn’t the fact that it cost me 1/2 the price of the other heavier slam balls I’ve owned. The fact that I can handle and mishandle it and it doesn’t hurt my 46 year old blue collar bartender/contractor beaten up hand yet the shell is immediately tangibly super durable and is going to be around a long long time. Perfect mix of ultra durability and comfort, which in my experience do not usually coexist with things covered by 2 year warranty and literally meant to to be manhandled and dropped repeatedly. Great product at a fantastic price. I would highly recommend their slam balls to anyone in the market and they certainly got my attention with this product-BalanceFrom will definitely get my first look when I shop exercise equipment like this in the future. My only complaint is that the ball won’t work out for me. Seriously though I weighed it 30.00 on the nose-buy their stuff or you’ll end up throwing your cash away for inferior quality products.

High quality product
It’s easy to hold, and it seems very sturdy. When you slam it, it doesn’t noticeably bounce or roll; it stays in place nicely.

Good Slam Ball
I would have given this 5 stars, but for one issue. The grid on the ball is a bit rough on the hands. It is great if you are doing slam exercises outside. It would definitely take a beating. I would prefer a little less texture for picking it up with your hands over and over again. Gloves may be advised if you don’t have tough hands. It is a great slam ball and a great addition for a home gym, but there are other that have a little less rough texture on the ball its self. It works great when slamming. No bouncing up no matter how hare you slam. The rubber texture is great as well. It is about the size of a volleyball. It feels like it could last for years. Just consider the tough knobby texture and you’ll be fine.
