   An excellent TV paired with outstanding service from VU.
   This is my first VU TV, and I can confidently say that best choice to choose this brand.Display and Performance:The 55” VU Vibe TV comes with a ips panel that delivers vibrant, punchy colors, along with deep blacks and rich contrast. HDR content on OTT platforms looks stunning, and even without Dolby Vision support, the content still appears highly impressive.Operating System and Usability:The performance is smooth and reliable.Connectivity:The TV provides a solid range of connectivity options, including 2 USB ports (1 USB 3.0 and 1 USB 2.0) and 4 HDMI ports, one of which supports ARC/eARC for seamless audio integration.Audio Quality:The sound quality is excellent, with clear vocals and an integrated soundbar that delivers loud, crisp audio. Although it doesn’t produce room-shaking bass, the clarity and Dolby Audio processing ensure a great listening experience.Design:The TV features a sleek, premium design that adds a touch of elegance to any room.Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and VU’s service. It’s a great value for the price, and I’m happy to give it a 5-star rating.

   Value for money; great sound; voice search broken
   Disclaimer: VU emailed me that they would provide an extra one year warranty free of cost, if I rated my purchase on Amazon. The motivation for this review is to get the warranty, but my feedback is genuine.I purchased the 50 inch variant.Picture: Picture quality is excellent when watching actual 4K content. The colours are vibrant, and the peak brightness is good enough. However, when watching lower resolution content, scaling issues are observed. Also, sometimes black shades appear reddish (seeing this frequently where head/hair appears reddish). Overall, while the picture quality cannot be compared to top brands, it is good enough for the price paid.Sound: The audio quality is excellent. Our living area is large but TV volume is loud enough to not need a separate sound barUser interface: Google TV experience is standard. The interface is a bit sluggish initially when the TV is switched on, but it becomes smooth after 10-15 seconds of start-up. The dedicated buttons on the remote for Prime video, Youtube etc work flawlessly.Cons:The biggest con that I have observed in the TV is that the voice search on the remote does not work (deducted 1-star for this issue only). VU customer support has been responsive, and have replaced the remote twice. However, it did not fix the issue. Voice search on the new remote worked for sometime and then again stopped working. This seems to be a systemic issue with VU TVs of this series, as I have seen many reviews on Amazon where people are complaining about voice search not working. If voice search on the remote is a non-negotiable feature for you then don’t purchase this TV. For me, I was able to find a work-around of this issue. I installed the Google TV which provides voice search functionality.

   Best 4k Picture Quality
   I’ve been using this smart tv (50 inches) Vibe Series QLED 4K Google TV for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the performance. The picture quality is stunning with vibrant colors and sharp details, thanks to the QLED display.
