Great book though some of ingredients are not easy to get
This is a great reference book and has some wonderful recipes. Be warned, some call for ingredients that are harder to find like dried ginger root, licorice root, echinacea etc. so you may have to add to your spices. My favorite drink is now the Tumeric/Coconut tonic. Iâve bought several french presses to have this drink available daily. I up the cayenne pepper for a spicier version. Many of the other recipes are also very good.

Knowing ways to strengthen our immune system to support our health
This is a wonderful book of information for helping us to build our immune. I found a write up on this book and pre ordered it and I am so glad I did and could not put it down after opening it up today.It is so interesting and I started putting sticky note on each receipt page that I wanted to make and realized I was tagging every page. The photos are beautiful and I wish I could buy one for every person in my family as I feel it is a very important reference book but for sure I will be recommending it to everyone I know who cares about their health. This book deserves more than five stars.Thank you for another inspiring healing reference book filled with natural remedies for powerful healing that will get a lot of use in my family.

das Deckblatt lässt vermuten, dass es sich ausschlieÃlich um vegetarische Rezepte handelt. Der Autor ist ganz offensichtlich kein Vegetarier, auÃerdem bei Kräutern, die sowieso nicht schmecken (Andrographis extrem bitter, Reishi ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig) braucht man nicht noch Speisen oder Trunks daraus zu machen, einfach runterschlucken und das war’s dann.Der gröÃte Teil des Buches besteht aus Rezepten.
