Do not buy!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. This phone came without a sim card, and no matter what I did (3 sim cards and hours on the phone), I couldnât get tracfone service to work. Waste of money and time!

Locked phone
The phone was locked. I needed an unlocked phone. I already had the SIM card and there was no need to get one from Verizon so I basically wasted my money because ai can not use the phone.

It’s ok for a flip phone, new features which is a plus
I had an older tracfone flip phone. I just took the sim card from my old phone and inserted in this tcl flip phone. For making calls it works well. Everyone knows about flip phones in general. They are not like a smart phone. The typing is challenging. The camera haves a flash. This is the first time I saw a flash on a budget flip phone. Large numbers. It does have a voice search option which makes it easier in certain areas. Phone calls come in clear and loud. There is also on the front when the case is closed a button which if pressed 3 times it makes a call to whatever phone number is installed on file. I bought this phone elsewhere I just wanted to share my opinion.

I question the number of stars that I should give.
The phone is great. The packaging is great. Itâs very sturdy the direction stink, and I didnât know until after I open the box that I needed to have a Sim card that could be used in order to gain use of the phone. I donât know if others realize that, but Iâve never bought a burner before so I donât know how many stars I should give.
