   The TV and customer service are in excellent
   The TV looks great on our covered deck. The sound quality of the internal speaker is also solid. It connected to Wi-Fi easily, and logging in to all of our services through apps on the Google TV interface was simple. Image quality is excellent. Customer service from the manufacturer has also been exemplary.

   Great TV
   Very sturdily built and heavy duty case. Easy to set-up using on screen instructions and Bluetooth connection to an app on my phone. Picture quality and brightness are great. I have it under a patio canopy in partial shade. I was a little concerned about questionable sound quality from reading reviews, but I haven’t noticed anything bad about it. It’s plenty loud and there are different audio settings in the menu you can adjust.I also had a question about winter storage, so I emailed Sylvox customer support. I received a prompt and very detailed response from Sunny.Looking forward to enjoying fall football on the patio this year and couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

   Great TV – Great customer service
   I own two of the Deck Pro Tv’s. They are very well built and weatherproof. Very satisfied. I had an issue with one and the company was quick to send me a new one (and a newer model!). Very pleased with the TV and the company.

   Much more visible than my standard TV
   The brightness and glare were much better than the standard ones. I can watch TV in the pool now. I can see a football game clearly. It’s heavy!

   Great Outdoor TV!
   After burning through 3 indoor TV’s in my cabana over 2.5 years I decided to get the Sylvox 55″ – WOW, this is a great TV! – although it’s covered and in partial shade, lots of sun makes its way in to the cabana and this TV is bright! The picture is outstanding too – I recommend a soundbar or like I did, 2 outdoor speakers on each side facing me as the internal speaker sucks – Note: this is a heavy TV – if you’re mounting it over your head you’ll need some help – only thing I wish it had was Alexa built in – other than that, an AWESOME purchase.

   Incredibly well built and great value for the money.
   We have been blown away at not only the quality of the picture of this TV, but also the build quality and customer service of the company. After several months of ownership, our first unit developed issues where the remote would no longer communicate with the TV, thus rendering it unusable since there are no physical buttons on the TV. I’ve not had very good luck with manufacturer warranty support with many items I’ve purchased on Amazon, so I was hesitant to even reach out. However, I was blown away at the support Sylvox provided. They had several different teams attempt to diagnose the issue (I was nearly certain it was simply an issue with the remote), but none of those steps worked. They stated they were sending me a new remote out and I waited a couple of days.At that time, a top-tier tech support agent reached out to me and stated he was aware of this exact issue and that a replacement remote would not correct this issue. He apologized for the delay, but said he was shipping out a brand new TV and remote for me, next day shipping because of the delay!I received the new TV, boxed the old one up, and used their pre-paid shipping label to send it back. It couldn’t have been easier! I also was pleasantly surprised to discover they had updated the design of my original TV. Not only does it seem more solidly built (the first was great, this one is excellent), but it now has physical buttons on it!I cannot emphasize enough how worry-free purchasing this TV has been for me. I highly recommend you not look any further if you’re looking for a fully weatherproof outdoor TV.

   TV works OK… Audio is pretty terrible.
   TV works ok and I love sitting on my deck watching. Some observations are, when watching sporting events, the picture doesn’t keep up and I see what appears to be a delay in action. An example is watching a quarterback warm up for a football game and is throwing short passes, his arm goes forward but there is a trail of color (of the jersey) behind his arm. Next, what expect to be due to the fact the entire TV is sealed, the audio is mostly in the mid-range and sounds terrible. So, during the same sporting event, more of the background noise is picked up rather than the person speaking. I plan to try a sound bar but won’t spend the money on an outdoor one. I’ll be money ahead even if I have to replace a few of them. In my case, I could have gone with a regular TV and even if I had to replace a few of them due to bugs getting into the circuitry or from getting wet, I’d be money ahead.

   This TV is fantastic. Works very well in the sun. As an Android TV I get all my service subscription on it such as Netflix, Prime, Disney…etc. I highly recommend this TV if you are looking for an outdoor TV. Our remote blew away in a windstorm and SYLVOX replaced it. Thanks you very much SYLVOX
