Kids’ Smartwatch: Genius or Gimmick?
Got this smartwatch for my 8-year-old nephew, and it’s been quite the hit. The woven strap’s a nice touch, way comfier than those plasticky ones that make kids’ wrists all sweaty. The camera’s pretty decent – he’s been snapping pics of everything in sight. Those learning cards and games keep him busy on long car rides, which is a lifesaver. Battery life’s solid too, lasted through a whole week of camping without needing a charge. But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. The touchscreen can be a bit finicky, sometimes takes a few taps to register. Some of the games are a bit too simple for older kids. The MP3 player’s okay, but the sound quality’s not gonna win any awards. And while the step counter’s fun, it seems to count steps even when he’s just waving his arms around. Setup took longer than expected, had to fiddle with it for a good 20 minutes to get it going. Overall, it’s a neat gadget for kids. Keeps them entertained without giving them full smartphone access. Good for elementary school-aged kids, but teens might find it a bit childish. Decent value for the price, just don’t expect it to replace a proper phone or tablet.ââââââââââââââââ

good value. battery life seems long. the quality is great. there are a lot of features. we do limit the time with the watch, because my daughter could just stare at it all day as there is a lot to do on the watch.

Constant issues
I wanted to love this and even returned the first one thinking we just got a dud. The features are difficult to manage, or just flat out didnât work. It was affordable but when your child wants a certain feature (steps counter) or the adult does (parental controls) they happen to be the ones that do not work. Poor quality, do not recommend.

This wristwatch came as a delightful surprise for my daughter, as she had always harbored a desire for a smartwatch. Operating it is a breeze – simply pressing the button on the right enables her to capture selfies effortlessly. She thoroughly enjoys snapping selfies with the watch, and she appreciates the watch’s ability to play music with excellent sound quality. Additionally, the strap’s ease of attachment and removal is a remarkable feature. The children at her nursery took notice of her adorable watch, expressing envy and showing interest in purchasing one themselves. Even the teacher took some photos for us. She proudly flaunted her watch at school, raising her hands for everyone to admire. I wholeheartedly endorse this product.

Has anyone else had random photos show up on theirs?
My daughter has had this watch for about 3 months now and she told me today that some random photos and videos of a girl that she does not know have been showing up on her watch. I canât find where to contact the seller so I thought I might try this.
