A good product!
We have a restaurant and we have been using another fry warmer for the past year we got from Amazon. The old one looked great in the pics before I ordered it and was very cheap price. We got it to replace one we had used for 7 or 8 years. Well after we got it (I am talking about the old fry warmer still), I could tell it was cheap junk. Super light and the heat bulbs would burn out every month or 2. Very flimsy construction. After a year it finally stopped working. The socket for the bulbs had pretty much disintegrated and the way it was built it couldn’t be fixed. So when looking for a new warmer we came across this one. It has a heat element so no bulbs to replace. It does have a small bulb to illuminate the food in the basket though which is fine. It is much better built and heavier construction. Also the drip tray in the basket is easy to remove and has a lip so when ur scooping the fries it doesn’t fly out. We clean out equipment very thoroughly every night so it’s taken apart and sent to the kitchen and wiped down and cleaned usually in the hands of teenagers who don’t care. We have had it for a few months and it is holding up excellent. Trust me, don’t buy those cheap ones with the bulbs. You will regret it. Spend a little more and get a good quality one like this one. Don’t be penny smart and dollar foolish. I always like to leave reviews after trying the product for a while and If a company has a good product then they deserve a good review which is basically a good word of mouth but online. I am sure there are better ones out there but very pleased with this and for the price I doubt you will find better

More Than Expected
Really like this product. It came wrapped so the stainless wasn’t scratched. Assembly was super easy,a few screws and ready to go. Not only does it keep fries, chicken fingers, fish fillers warm I believe it helps to crisp them. A Must Have!!

Keeps Food hot
Very Easy to assemble. The unit does get pretty hot when in use. It does a great job of keeping the food warm. I’ve used it for wings and chicken.Strips, but after some time they don’t stay crispy. It definitely makes mass cooking more efficient!

Very useful!
I needed to make a big meal for a lot of people; and the shrimp had to be fried before moving on to cooking another dish. This fry warmer was perfect for the job, as using the oven as a warmer wasn’t going to work out.The fry warmer kept my shrimp heated and crispy without cooking them and burning them. They were under the warmer for about 3 hours.I am glad I bought this warmer specifically for this, and will use it again in the future; it is a nice addition.

The predrilled holes for me to screw the heater onto the unit is not even.
The unit will turn on. But I never got the chance to try it out because I cannot screw the heater on. It is so unevenly drilled, I can only put on a screw. What a GARBAGE. Now I have to look elsewhere and do shopping, then wait ALL over again.Nearly every edge of the unit is SHARP, you can easily cut yourself.
