Product quality is not too good
â« Squeaking sound appears after 2 weeks of light usage.â« Pen nib is actually quite wide, which means you can’t write lots of things despite a large screen.â« After 1 month of usage, scribbles are not getting erased in one time, you will have to hold the reset button for 1-2 seconds.Overall it was an okay product, but could had been better.

Donot buy. Expensive and poor legibility.
A humble request. Kindly donot buy this product.I bought this writing pad specifically for my autistic child, expecting it to be of high quality and suitable for his needs. However, upon using it, I found the legibility of the pad to be extremely poor. The writing is very light making it unsuitable and straining for young eyes.The photos and images used on the website to showcase the product are misleading.Considering the pad was quite expensive, I am disappointed with the quality and usability of the product. I had initially requested a refund, but my request was not respected or acknowledged neither by Amazon or seller through Amazon.It’s disappointing to experience such poor customer service from Amazon.Disregarding moral/ ethical principles and customer values.

Amazing ruf pad for children and adults.
I gave it 3 stars only because the price is a bit high and I got wrong colour even after ordering the right one. Otherwise it does what it says. You can make to-do-list, plan your day or write anything temporary time. You can lock the erase button if you want to as well. Size is sufficient and writing can be smooth and bold just the way you like it. Has multiple color which make it attractive. Must try even if you’re adult you can use it in your benefit.
