   Awesome performance at great price
   My wife wanted a dishwasher for long. We got rid of our maid sometime back and decided to instead have a dishwasher and lidar based robot mop. We researched a bit and found BOSCH/LG to the best ones but they were upwards of 40k. We chanced upon Midea dishwasher on Amazon and found the specifications and reviews to be good enough. Finally ordered on the last day of Great Freedom sale at a card discount of Rs 2000. Within 3 days it was delivered in a perfect condition. Had to do the electric and plumbing connection ourselves. Dont expect much from the installation team but they were prompt to reply. Exactly after one week of delivery we used the machine at half load and the result was fantastic – spotless cleaning, utensils looked brand new after the wash. Noise level is barely noticable. We are using Finish tablets for the wash and have dishwasher detergent, rinse aid and salt as backup. It has become our favorite gadget.

   Very poor service midea technician unqualified
   I used this dish washer for nearly 18 monthsDish washer not working with e4The midea technician is so unqualified and has no clue how to repair the issueAnd says he will come but just took his charges and never solved the issueI have to keep on calling the service centre but they seem.to be really inefficient and grossly inexperienced technicians that they hire at mideaReally still waiting for the technician to repairy dish washer after so.many callsSo.unprofessional service from midea

   Buying and Product Experience
   I had planned to buy dishwasher during May 2020 (around 1st wave of Pandemic). We decided on Bosch/Siemens, IFB and FaberBosch/Siemens and IFB SX series were around 35-36K, rest of the brand/models were in the range of 27-32K. Since there was ease of lockdown and relaxation, we managed household chores between me and my spouse. In meantime my spouse was checking online reviews and talking to dishwasher users in friends and family circle. (Many were using BOSCH and IFB for period spanning from 2 to 6 yrs).Finally we decided to buy dishwasher in June 2021 and price across all brands increase due to demand. We noticed Midea brand which is popular in North and South East Asian countries and it is subsidiary company of Carrier HVAC. We owned Carrier AC in our old house for 6 + years and never ever had major issues or complaints and spares were available in open market. My spouse checked Amazon, Flipkart and Youtube user reviews, very negligible percentage of unpleasant experience and all concerns are relation to installation issues.My husband called Midea call centers to check the response and get info on their support personals or authorized agencies near our pincode. We are were satisfied and moved ahead on our purchase decision.Ordered in Flipkart, as we got discount and cashback (I know I am sharing this on Amazon, please read further). The Midea Torrino was delivered in mid-June,2021 soon after installation we noticed floating rust issue in first 3-4 washes. We got machine replaced and the new one was damaged on arrival. Later we got full refund from Flipkart. Then we ordered in Amazon, 1st unit which arrived on 27th June was damaged and we got replacement on 29th with minor damage, we let go of it and got it installed on 6th July (We had to follow up with Amazon and Midea team to get the machine installed)ExperiencePros- Powerful circulation pump and motor in this segment- Value for Money for 13 place settings- Removable Top and Bottom Rack- Inner Cavity 5 sides stainless steel and bottom is industrial fiber/plastic I guess- Compatible of Indian cooking vessels (viz Cooker, Kadai and seasoned earthen pots)- Wash quality is good (Tried in all mode setting with full and half load), even on greasy and hard stained vessels.- Once the wash is done, the vessels are completely dry for storage.- Power off memory – the machine resumes operation from the point it stopped at the time of power cut.- Ease of use and has more wash programs compared to other models in this segment- Daily wash mode takes around 90mins (1.30hrs)- Intense wash mode is good for high grade crust stains (it take around 3.40hrs)- Follow up call from Customer service after installation- The machine is floor standee and has threadable shoes to adjust the height by few inches (this was useful, as our floor was little uneven and didn’t have to invest on separate stand)Cons- Due to heavy duty pump and motor, power consumption is little more than other models- Warranty is for 2 years (it is better to get 3 years extended warranty)- ECO wash mode takes 3hours plus (it saves electricity and water consumption)- Water consumption 11 to 13Liters every wash depending on the wash mode.- At the time of Installation, the executive did not bring Water TDS meter. Based on water hardness, we can set the machine to consume salt intake according to water hardness level (this is currently pending)- Though the user manual is in English, the operational sequence in which it is made is not understandable for new users- Made in China tag (most dishwashers are made in Turkey or China. It is buyer’s discretion to choose)Other factors to keep in mind- Whenever you buy new cooking vessels in future, ensure it is dishwasher compatible.- Dishwasher Salt + Rinse Aid + Detergent powder are the most economical option combo. It will cost anywhere between Rs400 to Rs700 per month, depending on the brand you choose (Finish is the premium one and we are yet to test other products)- Dishwasher Salt to be checked and filled once in every 25 to 30 washes or look for alert indicator (Midea Dishwasher has an alert indicator)- Rinse Aid to be checked and filled one in 15 to 20 washes or look for alert indicator (Midea Dishwash has an alert indicator)- Dishwasher Tablet is the most easiest and all in one combo. User need not worry about Rinse aid and salt level check in everyday operation. Dishwasher tablets may cost around Rs1000 to Rs1200 per month- Keep looking for offers in Amazon/ Flipkart/ Bigbasket and Offline Stores for Dishwasher consumables.- Electricity bill will vary based on power consumption and number of use per day (We currently use once a day full load most of the time, yet to see increase in month bill)Note: Before buying machine it is better to decide the spot (closer to sink in Kitchen or Utility area), ensure 20/15 amp socket is available, with independent water tap and drain outlet. If electrical and plumbing set up not done, please get it done through known and professional service provider. The dishwasher installer may not be professional enough and equipped with spares to fix these electrical and plumbing points.Our over all experience with this product is above average and it meets our need.

   Third class after sale service
   Just expiring of warranty, machine starts creating problem and not working. Now, the pain begins. I am waiting near about 2 months for parts delivery. Still not know how many more months I have to wait. Try to avoid this kind of cheap brand Midea as they don’t have proper after sale service facility. Pathetic experience.

   Delivery is good but company customer care is not helpful
   You have to raise multiple requests for installation and demo. Amazon won’t directly raise the installation request, but you need to connect with them via toll free number. Overall average experience.

   It’s good
   I have brought this dishwasher 1 month before, The product is working fine till now, there is no issues, the milk stains vessels are not cleaning properly, my mom have to soak the vessels in water for hours before putting in dishwasher, so that the toughest stains we’ll get removed easily. For installation it took few days from media, I have to call them twice for installing, the installment team were explained properly and done there job correctly.I will update again in few months
