Poor Quality and Extremely bad Customer service following complaint with LifeLong support team
There were cracks developed on the fibre part resting the Elbow that connects with the roller, after using for 2-3 months due to poor quality of the material. I raised it with the Lifelong support team sending the video of the product but they refused to repair or replace the product under warranty as it was physical damage. This is really disappointing as there is no fault of mine but this damage is due to poor quality of the product as the cracks have been developed evenly on both sides as it could not manage the pressure when I was using the Abs Roller. I am 90Kg so not too much weight for the product which mentions load of 200 kg is OK. Pathetic experience from customer support and false warranty

Good built quality poor recall mechanism
Good built quality poor recall mechanism. The timer provided is only for plank timing and doesnt count reps. I would like this device without recall mechanism as its useful only on people with 3-4 feet height.

Very Sturdy and Great Abs Roller
Very good quality product. Easy to assemble. Color is also very attractive. The wheel has a kind of rubber like gripping on it, so it won’t skid on the floor. Used it on tile, wood, and rug, and doesn’t slip on any of them.Comfortable and effective in abs workout. Lightweight with great value. Totally recommend and worth to buy.
