Perfect for owners of a juicer
After purchasing a juicer off Amazon, I needed a book full of recipes that had health and weight loss. I decided to buy juicing for weight loss after reading all of the positive reviews about it. Its been almost a week since I started reading the book and trying out some of the recipes and I can say that I am amazed by how well some of them are put together. Alot of them are made up of simple vegetable and fruit combinations. The first recipe that I tried out was the fat burning apple carrot juice with celery and I felt good after drinking it. Compared to something processed that comes in a bottle with sugar and unnatural ingredients, the recipe had a clean semi sweet taste. It will be a while before I see any results from extensive use of these recipes but I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves to make their own juices at home and people who want to live a healthy lifestyle

I bought this book in order to cleanse my body and to learn different methods of detoxification of it after the chemical components of my sports program in order to maintain it in good condition. I have discovered so many recipes can be made with fruits and vegetables. All of these juices are simple and accessible for us. You can try to mix them and discover new tastes. Although you can find a lot of recipes for juicing online but I getting a little guide that contains everything you need in one place is definitely a plus. And since I grabbed this book for free, I find it extremely valuable. There are plenty of recipes in the book. You may not like all of them which is really fine. Because I am only going to try the ones that I really like and can find the ingredients easily. Before you start your juicing activity, there are few things that you need to consider and one of them is the balance of calories, make sure your juice is not just full of calories because that will actually make you gain some weight. That is why it is easier to grab a guidebook that has everything explained and broken down for you.
