Yes! It absorbs water. Takes some time but it does perfectly! Very good material. Smooth and rigid build up . Easily washable. Color is good . The size perfectly enough for your kitchen Γ°ΒΒΒ Highly recommend!!

It’s good product but we received defective piece.
We like the product, it’s useful near wet area so it can help to keep that clean and save you from slid accidently. In our case we received product with minor defect in it’s texture.

Not useful
Doesnt absorb water as its waterproof. Other things get stuck to it and its not easy to clean. Cant clean it in washing machine as it will damage the cloth and bottom pad. Not thick, feels like walking on a cloth spread on the floor. Plus they dont return it, just replace it with same junk.
