Wonderful
I just loved this story. I love the way all the couples’ stories keep going on. I love how each chapter is written in the first person of the chapter. While this was Jackson and Bethany’s story, it also was Hannah and Brodie’s wedding, and you see the other couples’ relationships building. It’s a great series and I can’t wait for the next one!!

Wondrous Reading Experience!
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of the magical Holly Well Springs, aka Christmas Town. Jackson Kringle is leaving his father and his law firm to spend the month of December there with his grandparents and two brothers. Bethany Harper is returning to her home town to spend the month with her parents and brother Ben while interning at the reindeer ranch as a veterinarian with James Kringle. With their close proximity and the magic of the well, Jackson and Bethany gravitate toward each other, experience electrical chemistry, and quickly become a couple. At the same time, Jackson re-discovers his love of painting and sets about to create scenes of the current town to share at the anniversary celebration. Also, the much-awaited wedding of Brodie and Hannah has everyone even more excited for this special time. When a freak accident threatens the lives of Ben and Brodie, the whole town descends on the hospital to pray for healing, and that exemplifies what Holly Well Springs is all about – love and family. But with all things good, there are also things bad, and as the story draws to what readers think is the conclusion, the plot takes a turn that changes the trajectory of the Next Generationâs future. Congratulations to Vivian Porter for a stunning addition to her beautiful series featuring loving characters, incredible scenery, and a complex plot line that makes the reading experience wondrous.I received this book as an ARC reviewer and voluntarily offer my honest opinion.

Is this the End, or just a New Beginning?
I was quite surprised at how much this book in the series bounced around several of the other stories that had happened in the previous books. On the surface, this book is the love story of Bethany – Ben’s little sister, and Jackson – the third Kringle brother. Their romance goes thru many of the typical stages of a stereotypical romance novel. However, because this book takes place around the 50th anniversary of year-round Christmas in Holly Well Springs, and a gorgeous wedding, there is an awful lot going on. I think that there is still some work to be done in Jackson & Bethany’s relationship…although we know there are sparks – these two are destined to be separated for a little while as Bethany completes her schooling. And unless I missed something – I don’t know what Jackson will decide to do next, as we know he doesn’t like working in Denver all that much. There were points in this book where it sort of felt like the author was trying to wrap up any and all loose ends, as if this were the end of the series. However, this book ends on quite a cliffhanger – the well has disappeared, as well as Kris and Christine Kringle! I really do enjoy this author’s style, and I am hopeful that there are still more stories to follow in the series!
