I have an increased heart rate, Short PR syndrome. I was looking for a vitamin to take so that I wouldnât have to take prescribed medication. This actually works and gives a little boost of energy; basically it does the opposite of leaving you feeling weak or tired. I was little skeptical of the reviews but they were right. As of now I only take one a day. Iâm mid thirties and small. Iâll take take 2 if Iâve overworked myself. I can do whatever I need to do without having my heart rate go up within 5mins and have to sit down for a few minutes in between doing things like housework, cooking and cleaning and playing with my kids. They are very chewy and the after taste is not so great lol, but if you chew one and eat a meal you wonât remember eating it at all. Iâll continue purchasing when I run out.

Good product bad packaging
Have bought this product many times. Always came in a plastic bag. The chews were very fresh and the paper easy to peel off. Last two times I received product in a plastic container. The paper sticks to the chews and the chews are not as fresh. On the Amazon site they are still shown in the plastic bag? Product is definitely better in the bag versus the container.
