Fine burger smasher.
Smasher is of great size and weight. Very good quality. I clean it and put a fine layer of cooking oil on it before storing in a gallon size plastic bag.

I made the best cheese hamburger sandwiches
This thing is pretty much perfect – it perfectly fits my little cast iron pan and is nice and heavy so my smash burgers got nice and crispy. The wood handle keeps it from getting too hot so I can use it without an oven mitt. It makes cooking the burger quick and evenly very easy and is so easy to smash the meat into a nice, flat, crispy burger. I also used it as a tofu press and it worked beautifully for that as well.

Nice and Heavy
Wanted a press with some heft to it and this was perfect. Nice cast iron you can press a burger flat and it will keep it flat. A little pricey but very high quality and worth the money.

Fabulous!
I love this innovative and perfect product. You can smash hamburgers, steaks, panini sandwiches and more. Iâm using it mostly for making panini sandwiches and itâs absolutely perfect! Delicious when things are smashed together; you really taste all the melded flavors. The price is great. Itâs sturdy and does an awesome job, bar none.

Very solid
This is an excellent cast iron burger press. Have only used it a few times since I got it and has been great so far. The bottom is flat which is ideal for smash burgers. Itâs not pre seasoned but on something like this I would worry about doing so. They say itâs not oven safe and that would be because of the wooden handle. You could season it if you want by taking off the handle but itâs not necessary. If you need to wash it then do so and hand dry it thoroughly. You should be using parchment paper when youâre making smash burgers using any burger press. This has been a great product so far. Take care of it and itâll take care of you in future cooks.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert und zufrieden. Man bekommt eine tolle Burgerpresse aus Gusseisen. Die Smashed-Burger werden klasse mit dem Teil. Für Hobbygriller und Burger begeisterte meiner Meinung nach ein Muss. Lieferung kam aus den USA, wurde aber trotzdem zügig zugestellt.
