My son was ecstatic!
My son loves following his grandpa around with an old fake vacuum he has had for a while. When I saw this, I knew it would be perfect for Christmas. He has already used it repeatedly and when I showed him that I was able pick up his Oreo crumbs with it, he was ecstatic. I love how easy it is to use and how it turns corners just like the real Dyson. It looks just like it, color and everything. It is much better quality than his old one. Just know that once it is assembled, you can’t take it apart again.

CUTE look alike Dyson that help our autistic son overcome his fear of the vacuum!
I really debated between 3 and 4 stars on this, but at the end of the day, the price is really good for what you get and my son loves it, so 4 it is. My son is autistic and has always been TERRIFIED of the vacuum. Like, PETRIFIED! We have a Dyson Animal that looks almost exactly like this (but is purple instead of yellow (see pics). At 5, he still cries and runs when we pull out the vacuum, so I decided to get this in hopes of making the vacuum less scary and involving him. He LOVES it and now vacuums along with us instead of running and crying! That to me is a huge win. I find him vacuuming by himself all the time. I love that it’s teaching him an important life skill and that he’s enjoying cleaning! What more could you want as a parent!?It has one button and one switch. The button on top (that on the real Dyson turns the vacuum on) activates the swirling chamber where colorful little beads spin around. This is a really cute feature that my son loves. The switch on the bottom/side turns on the suction/sound. I really wish it was designed so that the top button turned both on at once, but alas, it does not. The vacuum is small enough and light enough that it could be used by a younger child but is tall enough that my 5 year old can still use it with ease. The detail and accuracy of the Dyson look alike is really quite good! That being said, there are some design flaws. First, it comes in 2 pieces for ease of packing in the box. The handle is supposed to snap down onto the body of the vacuum but ours will not snap down on. We pushed very hard and can’t see any reason it won’t snap into place but it won’t. The handle comes off from time to time and frustrates my son. I may end up sending it back for another one for that reason. Also, it’s not easy to get the rear wheels to click in and out of place to stand it up or enable it to roll on its ball. In the instructions it shows a lot of “Click” “Clunk” “Snap” and none of that works for us. It’s still functional but I wish it were easier and more intuitive to make those adjustments.All that being said, for $20 it has definitely served its purpose in our home and my son loves it. For the record I paid full price and did NOT receive this for free or at a discount for writing a review.

Best present for toddler
The quality of this is amazing, my toddler got this for Christmas and hasn’t stopped playing with it since. Everyday it is used multiple times! Color isn’t my favorite but very easy to assemble. Batteries are C so definitely keep them stocked. Weight is very light. Overall 10/10It does pick up some items very little but it is surprising how it does get. Fun to teach the littles how to empty it out as well!

Realistic but small
Very cute, and realistic kids vacuum. Easy to assemble, requires 4 C batteries. It is much smaller than anticipated (size reference next to cleaning set) even for a toddler size it seems small. I do wish that the noise only came on when you actually vacuumed and not as soon as you push the button. Appears to be made from quality materials, definitely not cheapish material. Value for money, it’s a little pricey for the size for me.

I got this for my niece, she’s a very active 2.5 year old who cannot sit still. She absolutely loves this and the best part is she’s cleaning up as she plays since it actually picks up stuff

Son LOVES this
It’s so cool that it actually sucks up a little debris! Little cat hairs and some fluff end up in the thing inside that you can empty. Every time I use the real vacuum my kiddo runs to get his to ‘help’ me clean! When he opened it at his birthday he immediately wanted to start using it! I can’t believe it even beat out his toy trucks!Only issue is that when the batteries get low it kind of slows down, the beads don’t move, it’s quieter etc. But it took a while for that to happen. And sometimes my son likes to turn it on and set it down while he plays- i think it’s a white noise thing.

Bought for 19 month old. He loves it, pushes it around easily, we have not shown him how it empties out yet as he night eat the bits but it makes a good noise, needs 4 C batteries, not too noisy, it’s very cute and just like Nanny’s!Seems very sturdy, perfect height for 19 month old
