    Beautiful artwork and easy to follow practices
    I love how simple yet effective these breathing practices are. The cards are great format to follow along with and convenient if you want to take a couple with you on the go to be able to do the breathing practices when needed. Beautiful artwork!

    The Breath Practice Cards by Rebecca Moore are a collection of 50 breathworks and meditations for the mind, body, and self that encourages the user to take time out for themselves to just breathe.The cards are color coded based on five categories which include:Focus – Grounding and Re-Centering – Blue ColorRelax – Calming and Restorative – Green ColorElevate – Energizing and Uplifting – Yellow ColorRelease – Cleansing and Clearing – Purple ColorConnect – Harmonizing and Meditative – Pink ColorThe cards are accompanied with a mini paperback booklet that explains what breathwork is, how to use the cards, and then followed by pages dedicated to each card explaining where the exercise originated from, when it is best practiced, and the benefit that can be garnered when doing the specific exercise. The cards are large and allow for the instructions to be easy to read and end with a tip that can help when performing the exercise. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and written in a conversational tone as if the author is with you. One the face of each card, there is an illustration that ties directly to the exercise. I loved how thoughtful the author was when creating the set. Since each exercise is color coded, it made it easy to find the exercise that best applied to the situation or feeling that I had at that given time. So far, it has helped me when I feel overwhelmed and also when I need to quiet my mind when waking up in the middle of the night and I can’t fall back to sleep immediately. I am impressed with how much these exercises have helped me and I am encouraged and enthusiastic to learn more exercises as a result.

    Breath therapy and mental relaxation guides.
    I’m glad this little kit caught my attention.Open the box and you will find a small book explaining how the cards can be used. In addition to general instructions, the book also contains each of the 50 cards, sorted into five purposes. Should you want to take these meditations with you the book contains every card exactly as on the card. The book is contained and not at all bully. It’s going in my purse, as my to-go. The cards can stay ready at home, where I have more time, privacy, and room to spread out.I picked the cards up for breath practice in general. They offer 50 exercises aimed at breath control, and including a helpful follow-up meditation (just a suggestion to examine your thoughts, feelings, a surroundings) and the direction to pick one or a few for each session.Excellent as a short exercise for relaxation, or to improve your active breathing.

    Excellent breathing exercise kit
    I have always been a bit lousy at breathing exercises, so I jumped on this kit when I saw it.The 50 breath practice cards are beautiful, large, durable, and easy-to-read. Most of them include instructions on how to position your body while breathing, how long to hold the breaths, whether and what to vocalize while breathing, and similar. They each have a “tip” below the instructions as well, which are often useful, and contain health warnings when relevant.With the cards is a book that provides background information on breathing exercises in general and follows with more information on each of the exercises on the cards. This information tends to focus more on background information for each exercise and includes the breath exercise’s target impact on your body.I’m honestly terrible at incorporating new routines into my daily life, but I suspect these breath exercises will be worth the effort.

    Plenty of ways to breathe
    When it comes to mediation cards, these are the kind that I’m looking for. Each card gives you plenty of information to practice the card’s subject breath, with each card having an illustration that helps visualize the breath. The set also comes with a booklet containing all fifty breaths but with fewer details about them than the cards.
