My Bose earbuds cracked and broke. I received two gift cards for the full amount of my purchase. Very easy. I would definitely use this insurance again.

With higher cost items we have used Asurion and the few times weâve needed to file claims they have been quick and accurate. The cost is worth it.

Great product, no hassles!
Iâve purchased asurion for multiple electronic products from Amazon. Iâve only had to actually use it twice, and both times they were extremely responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Iâd highly recommend.

Earphones with battery issue, now like new!
I sent in my Sony wf-1000xm4 earphones because their battery would die within 30 minutes of use. After I received them fixed and now an hour and a half of use and the battery level is 80% from 100%.

I buy Asurion protection for all my Amazon purchases
I like this protection. It is fast and the claims process is easy. My repair was done in a few days and it has been working like new. Iâm very satisfied.

Worst Service Ever!
I purchased Sony earbuds and purchased the Aurion 3-year portable electronic Accident Protection Plan. The earbuds started losing charge so I sent them back to be repaired by filing an Asurion claim. I got them back 2-1/2 weeks later only to find out that the right earbud played no sound at all. The headphones had all kinds of quality control stickers on the package saying that they had been checked, but obviously, someone forgot to connect them to a device to make sure they both played. After calling Asurion, they asked me to ship them to them again (I guess for another2-1/2 weeks). I am debating on whether to throw them away and get a different brand or send them back. I am completely unsatisfied with Sony and Asurion. This is a joke. One that that is being played out on the customer after spending over $200 for the earbuds and so-called insurance. Don’t do it. You are better off buying a different pair (Bose) from Best Buy and purchasing the Best Buy Geek Squad protection! You will regret going my route. Trust me!
