Processed Quickly and Conveniently
I really liked how everything went the way they said it would. All I had to do was file a claim, describe what went wrong with my product, then ship it, and then I got my warranty/refund. I didn’t have to pay for shipping. It was very intuitive and convenient. I’ve never had to use a protection plan like this before and this experience makes me grateful that I decided to go ahead with this plan. I’m definitely more likely to pay for another protection plan in the future, since sometimes the manufacturer’s warranty isn’t long enough to feel like my product is protected.You get your money back in the form of amazon credit, which may not be ideal for everyone. But since I was very unhappy that my ear buds broke, I was going to use the reimbursement to fund replacement ear buds anyway. This plan was worth it.

Best investment
Bought the Asurion insurance on a whim, but so glad I did. $9.99 and it paid off at the buzzer, no hassle or hoops to jump through. I dropped my ear buds in the sink and they got drenched. They started messing up immediately even after trying to dry them. I remembered I had purchased the Asurion insurance and started my claim. Submitted the info, pictures, printed the label they provided and I received my digital Amazon gift card within 24 hours. I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was. I had a couple of months left before the policy ran out and I know original manufacturer warranty wouldn’t cover it, so this was an awesome experience. Used the gift card to buy the same pair (on sale via black Friday) and still had some leftover. Great experience!

This insurance is great, absolutely hassle free I have used it several times. Iâve been happy with it every time Iâve used it very quick and easy to resolve a claim. Definitely will recommend this to anyone especially with any electronics.

Quick and painless
Very easy process and quick turn around. The only reason it was 4 star instead of 5 was due to the refund coming as Amazon gift card. I didn’t buy with an Amazon gift card, I shouldn’t be force into shopping on Amazon to get my money back.
