New Fund Offer (NFO): ICICI Mutual Fund today (Tuesday, December 10, 2024) launched ICICI Prudential Nifty 500 Index Fund. The fund is a passive fund that will track the Nifty 500 index. Know more about the fund.

ICICI Prudential Nifty 500 Index Fund: Open and close dates 

The New Fund Offer (NFO) will be opened for subscription from December 10, 2024. The closing date is December 17.

ICICI Prudential Nifty 500 Index Fund: Allotment date 

The fund house says that AMC will calculate and disclose the first NAV within 5 business days from the date of allotment. 

ICICI Prudential Nifty 500 Index Fund: Minimum investment 

The minimum investment in the index fund is Rs 100.

ICICI Prudential Nifty 500 Index Fund: Index

The fund will follow the Nifty 500 TRI index.

ICICI Prudential Nifty 500 Index Fund: Objective

As per the ICICI Mutual Fund house, the objective of the scheme is to invest in companies whose securities are included in Nifty 500 Index and subject to tracking errors, to endeavour to achieve the returns of the above index.

It further says that it would be done by investing in all the stocks comprising the Nifty 500 Index in the same weightage that they represent in Nifty 500 Index.

However, there is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the scheme shall be achieved, the fund house claims.
