Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd reported its highest-ever quarterly sales volume of 124,233 tonnes in Q3 FY25, marking a 26.1 per cent increase year-over-year, according to a company announcement on January 2, 2025. The companyās nine-month sales volume for FY25 reached 369,415 tonnes, up 30.33 per cent from the previous year.
The shares of Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd were trading at ā¹159, up by ā¹0.87 or 0.55 per cent on the NSE at 11.35 am today.
The growth was primarily driven by strong demand for the companyās solar torque tubes, which have gained traction in Indiaās expanding solar energy sector. The company also saw significant growth in its infrastructure and construction segments.
Hi-Tech Pipes operates six manufacturing facilities across India, located in Sikandrabad (UP), Sanand (Gujarat), Hindupur (AP), and Khopoli (Maharashtra), with a total installed capacity of 750,000 MTPA. The company aims to reach a capacity of 1 million tonnes in FY25.
Chairman Ajay Kumar Bansal expressed satisfaction with the companyās performance, highlighting the contribution of solar torque tubes and growth across sectors. The company has a distribution network of over 450 dealers across more than 20 states, offering products including steel pipes, hollow sections, cold rolled coils, road crash barriers, and solar mounting structures.
