Asian Paints Ltd has announced that Mr. Shyam Swamy, Vice President, Home Improvement, Décor, Services & Retailing, has resigned from his position. His resignation was accepted on December 17, 2024.
According to its exchange filing, Mr. Ashish Rae has been appointed Associate Vice President – Retail Sales, Marketing & Commercial, effective January 2, 2025.
Furthermore, Mr. Gagandeep Singh Kalsi, Associate Vice President – Strategy, Business Development, would now also oversee Décor and Services, effective December 23, 2024.
The stock hit a 52-week high of ₹3,422.00 on December 27,2023 and low of ₹2,266.00 on today’s trading session on the BSE.
