Bengaluru-based Aequs Private Limited has partnered with Dynamatic Technologies Limited to supply structural parts for the Airbus A220 Door Program.
Under the agreement, Aequs will manufacture and deliver over 200 complex parts, involving intricate tool design, forgings, machining, and surface treatments for five years.
“This is a significant milestone,” said Udayant Malhoutra, CEO and Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies. “By leveraging Aequs’ diversified capabilities in complex component manufacturing, we are further advancing India’s aerospace ecosystem and enhancing our ability to meet global standards in precision, quality, and reliability.”
Earlier this year, Airbus awarded Dynamatic Technologies a contract to manufacture and assemble doors for its A220 Family aircraft. The deal also included the production of detailed components, creating downstream opportunities for other Indian suppliers.
Aravind Melligeri, Chairman and CEO of Aequs, emphasised that the collaboration reflects the growing maturity of India’s aerospace ecosystem and its integration into the global supply chain.
Shares of Dynamatic Technology Ltd fell 2.47 per cent to close at ₹8,2743.65 per share on the BSE on Wednesday.
