LTIMindtree unveils Cyber Defense Resiliency Center in Bengaluru


LTIMindtree has launched a new Cyber Defense Resiliency Center (CDRC) in Bengaluru, aimed at bolstering enterprise cyber security through artificial intelligence. The 100-seat facility will provide round-the-clock cyber threat intelligence and incident response services to global clients.

The shares of LTIMindtree were trading at ₹6,732 up by ₹17.55 or 0.26 per cent at the closing bell today on the NSE.

The center comes at a critical time, with cyber crime projected to reach $23.84 trillion by 2027 and India experiencing nearly 600 cyber attacks in the first half of 2024. LTIMindtree’s CDRC will leverage generative AI and natural language processing to automate security operations, predict potential threats, and help clients minimise cyber risks.

Nachiket Deshpande, COO of LTIMindtree, highlighted the center’s capability to enable real-time security incident responses, allowing human analysts to focus on more complex tasks. The facility will serve as a Center of Excellence for the company’s global cyber security network, supporting security events and operational management.
