A bizarre stunt involving a Mahindra Thar has grabbed the internet’s attention for all the wrong reasons. In a now-viral video, a man identified as Zishan Rajput from Mundali village is seen loading mud onto the roof of his Thar SUV. What followed was a reckless display of driving, with the mud scattering across the highway, creating a hazardous situation.
The stunt, which took place on a public road in Meerut, has drawn widespread criticism. Zishan’s Instagram profile is filled with similar stunt videos featuring his SUV. While such acts may seem entertaining to his followers, they have serious safety implications.
The video shows the Thar being driven aggressively, overtaking vehicles at high speeds to scatter the mud into the air. The chaotic scene caused inconvenience and potential danger to other road users, especially bikers who were directly affected by the flying debris.
Meerut City’s Superintendent of Police confirmed that authorities are investigating the matter. “We are tracing the driver using the SUV’s registration number. This kind of behavior is not only irresponsible but could also lead to serious accidents on highways,” said the official. Following their investigation, the police issued an e-challan of Rs 25,000 to the Thar’s owner, reports said.
