Worst installation service.
I have received the product very soon. But from installation side very bad,. I have spend 750rs for installation. After 2hrs of watching the tv the top of the display getting open.i hope it has some heating issues.for installation and rein-stallion i have spent money and claim for reimbursement but still i have not received any money from amazon. As per tv quality of visual is very good.size also awesome.but i have received damaged product from amazon. Installation also a big headache from them.

Amazing TV but lags QLED Quality
The television is great. I mean at this price point its providing everything. But it lags QLED quality. I dont whether they have actually given QLED in this or not. Cause i cannot find anywhere saying its QLED display. Not in the box, not in the manual, no where. So probably they are scamming the people with the fake specs. But apart from that the quality, sound, gaming, movie experience, everything is good. But if u go near u could see pixelated screen.

TCL 55″ TV
Never brought this TV from Amazon. The amazon courier service was very bad. 1st time they delay the service to deliver the TV due to late delivery I cancelled the order. I order it again for 2nd time. Then 2nd issue was they didn’t give the installation service. My experience for order this TV through Amazon was bad.But TCL TV was very good ð. The picture, sound and features are awesome. It comes with Dolby Atmos, Dolby vision, Onkoy 2.1 sound subwoofer, HDR 10. The Google applications are performing very smoothly. I recommend to all TV lover please brought this TV to experience a great picture, sound and other features of TV.

Got Faulty TV and wrong publicity by amazon as OLED tv
I got faulty TV, IR receiver inside TV didnât responded. I need to raise warranty service request but they responded with worst solutions, later they assigned technicians to fix it. Technician contacted me by saying that I need to pay him 450INR to come to my home and fix it. I asked him, why i need to pay when its under warranty, but he denied saying that TV company will give them only 150INR to do the job, which will not cover my petrol costs also. Then he warned me saying that if i am interested for that price he will come to do service else leave. I contacted customer care and reported the issue with Technician, they said he should not take any money, and from their side they also escalated the issue. No reply from anyone, so i contacted technician again and said will see after the job done about money, first visit. He came and tried to do something with remote but no use. So he left that day saying he will be back again. After 2 days he came and opened TV , there we can see clearly that IR receiver cable is not connected to board. Its simply a assembly issue in manufacturing. He just clipped it, it worked. He asked for 750rs , then i asked it its under warranty right why i need to pay but he denied. Then he argued a lot and took money.Such a Worst customer care by TCL.One more thing is that Amazon misleading or miscommunication about the product, by displaying it as OLED Tv . I thought its OLED and purchased but its not Oled tv. I got cheated by amazon

not that great product
not a qled, no mention of qled in box. pixel density is bad looks pixeleted even in 4k from close , delivery was late, charged me another 1000 rupees, which is a scam it offers a 200rs mounting kit. If you ask them to reschedule they asked me to install on my own. They will just claim the warranty and leave. Other this works fine with the tv perticularly game mode makes a good smoothing.

Worth the price 5 star.
I was using a local made TV almost the same price as this. Compared to that this TV is 100 times better. The sound is amazing with the woofer present, it enhances the sound quality top level. The picture quality is also very good.Easy to set up, works fast, no lag. I would recommend this TV for purchase. Overall 5 stars.
