    Mukesh Bansal writes, shares and WRITES so beautifully! I started to read it and could not put it down.Although a heavy read, the way the subject has been tackled, thought of, presented and narated is very heartfelt. Some lines do make you think hard. They sometimes make you smile.The book says : I used to think of myself as quite fit and healthy, as I had always played sports and had been pursuing my interests in body building for several years. “” It is only much later that I realised what a narrow understanding of health this was.”” 🙃Simply put : Go buy it now !!!

    Mukesh sir is immensely knowledgeable about this topic.The book contains a lot of useful information.He shared useful information about mental health and future of health industry.Some of the information may be dry and one point I was looking forward to was some actionable things related to food(recipes) was missing.Overall a very good book

    The holy grail for good health
    I truly enjoyed this honest take of all things health and all things that aren’t. As rightly conveyed in the book, good health is not a one size fits all solution but committed efforts acros multiple domains and I loved reading about these in the book written in an easy to follow approach. Being athelete and playing competitive sports, I often overfocus on just the physical aspect of keeping healthy and forget the rest, the book helped me center my thoughts and try to adopt to a more holistic approach which I now believe will yield better results. The amount of info on health out there is just too much for an average busy human to capture and comprehend. Glad I found this book which seems to be a definitive guide!
